"Let it go, Teal. We'll get in trouble" April said.
"If you insist on having a uniform, I'll give you mine" Shannon suggested.
"No, I want Allegra's" Teal insisted, and Allegra scoffed, suddenly feeling empowered.
"Drop the gun and report to the General's office for your punishment! Drop it!!" She shouted.
That was followed by a loud echoing gunshot from Teal.
Allegra quickly went down, but Sierra remaining standing like she's eager to die.
The bullet tore through the air, embedding itself in the wall, and Teal gave them a nod.
"The uniform..." She calmly said.
Allegra started taking off her shirt as fast as possible.
She threw down the shirt and moved to her trousers, but the moment she started undoing the button, April's eyes caught Skye in the cement.
He's bleeding clotted from the mouth, groaning.
"Skye!" She ran out of Teal's behind and began running to him again.
At the same time, Sierra suddenly brought out a gun, shocking Shannon.
"I might still be an ordinary Private, but I'm the General's daughter, and I have my personal handgun. Now the play is over, let's get serious" Sierra said, aiming at running April.
Allegra stopped taking off her trousers, standing with a little derisive laughter.
"Bi+ch! I knew you had something up your sleeves! Waste them all, the three of them plus the ugly Skye" She said.
Teal's composure was almost shaken, but she pulled it back, not changing her aim.
April is still running to the cement, and Sierra is still targeting her.
Teal is targeting Sierra, and she's gonna kill her without uniform if she dares to pull the trigger on April.
Just a little bit before April would arrive at Skye's side, Sierra found a desirable target on her body—her backbone.
As she sharpened her aim, Teal stretched her arm straighter, but before any of them could shoot, the figure by the door came in with intentionally heavy footsteps, his boots pounding the gravelled surface.
April stopped running.
Teal and Sierra lowered their guns at the same time while Allegra's eyes thinned.
"Master Sergeant?" Her eyes widened, and Four's icy eyes finally shone under the lights.
"Sir!" Shannon quickly stood at tension respectfully.
April did the same, then Allegra reluctantly did.
"Fo...." Sierra nearly called his name, but then she remembered her place and stood at tension reluctantly.
Four's eyes left her and went to Teal, and when their eyes stumbled, Teal lowly stood attention, pushing her prickly eyes away from him.
"Guns down" Four ordered with that rasp commanding voice, and the guns fell from both Teal and Sierra...to the ground.
He kicked them to one side before looking at Skye who's still bleeding clot in the cement.
"For how long have you buried him like this? And why is he still alive?" He directed the question to Allegra as he walked to the cement.
"It was...since last week. I and Axel only wanted him to confess to his sins, so I suggested the cement mould, and he's still alive cos we shoot him with supplements to keep him alive always" Allegra explained, and April covered her mouth with her palm as she began crying again.
"How could you do that..."
"Cos he's an informant for the terrorists! Should that even be a question?" Allegra gave her a death stare.
"And how did you find out he was the informant?" Four threw her a thorny gaze, bristled with silent accusation.
"On the day our squad members were killed during our last mission, he was supposed to die in the fire with the other members, but he was thrown out of the flames by one of the terrorists, and that was how he survived. Now why would one of the terrorists help him if he's not their ally?" Allegra replied.
"They did it to make me suffer...they...they did it to put the blames on me. They drew Sergeant Axel's attention to me so he'd keep wasting his time on me while they plan their next attack. I'm innocent, i know nothing... please believe me" Skye spoke through sniffles and tears.
"You're lying!! Who'd believe your words?" Allegra attacked.
"He's not lying!! Stop being an antagonist!" April bit back, and Allegra threw an unexpected punch at April's mouth.
April returned it immediately, and they both got bleeding lips.
The two almost attacked each other again, but then...
"On your knees, you both" Four angrily ordered, and they fell on their knees, both wiping their bloody lips with their palms.
All these while, Sierra was quiet, but her arms are crossed habitually on her chest.
Teal stayed quiet too, occasionally looking at Four and Skye.
As for Shannon, she's just praying for all of these to be over soon.
"Get me that" Four told Teal, gesturing at the back of the pavilion where different bricklaying materials are laying.
Shovels, diggers, bricks...
Teal got the digger.
She handed it to him, and their hands touched in the process, but she was quick to step back, wiping her hand on her joggers like she just touched corona.
Four spared her no attention. He raised the digger on the concrete, slamming the blade to the cement three consecutive times.
The cement smashed, shattering around the pavilion and revealing Skye's malnourished body that has been lodged inside.
He's all red down there, and only elastic boxers is on him. He has urinated on himself a number of times, so it reeks.
"Sir, pardon me I beg you" April pleaded on her knees.
"Get him" Four replied simply, and April smiled.
"Thank you sir!"
She stood and dragged Skye out of the concrete, then she sat on the ground and placed his hot head on her laps.
"I wanna continue staying here till the whole truth comes out. I'll be fine so far I'm not inside the concrete anymore" he spoke.
"Just...shut up. You're not even fit to talk right now" April stroked his face, and he faintly smiled.
Four dialled the cantonment clinic emergency line, and they only had to wait for ten minutes.
Two doctors came in their emergency car with enough treatment kits for Skye.
They began attending to him, and Allegra could only boil in silence...she wouldn't dare show her anger.
Again, Sierra is smiling, starring at Four.
"Snowman is kind after all" Shannon said behind Teal.
"Says who? He's only doing this cos he wants April in the squad. Don't think about it too much" Teal replied, and Shannon sighed.
The treatment was still going on when the pavilion lights suddenly went off with a flicker. Everything.
A blanket of darkness covered the pavilion, and they had to turn on their flashlights again.
Four strolled casually to the meter by the wall, and he began checking out the wires, thanks to the electrical equipments he met there.
He only did some minor works on the meter, and a minute later, the lights came back on.
"F+ck, did he just do that?" Shannon muttered.
"He studied electrical engineering in his darn online college" Teal replied before she knew it.
She has a few pages of Four's life history on her phone—thanks to her uncles. And not like she wanted to read it, but the thing about the paintings on his walls made her read it, only to find irrelevant things like the course he studied and how he schooled online in his room throughout his education.
"Whoa, you know things about your husband" Shannon said, and she shot her a quick glare.
"Sorry, not your husband" Shannon smiled.
"Activate the roof" Four told Allegra who's still kneeling.
"But Axe will..."
Four dragged her up by her singlet since she hasn't worn her shirt back, and the singlet nearly tore.
Allegra swallowed, trying to regulate her breathing since their faces are so close, and his eyes are too intimidating.
"Mention Axel again, and I'll give you something to die about" he said.
The remote is inside Allegra's bra, and no one saw his next deed coming, cos he actually dipped his hand inside, pulling out the remote before swinging Allegra away.
"Did he just... indirectly touch Specialist Allegra's b00bs?" Shannon said behind Teal.
"Their problem" Teal replied without a care.
"Gawd... you both are too cold" Shannon muttered.
Four pressed the roof remote, and the pavilion roof slid over the building, covering them from the cold.
"This place is a complete digital building, so there's a hidden roof?" Shannon said.
Four pocketed the remote.
"He's gonna continue staying here till I finish running my personal investigations" he told April.
"Thank you sir" April smiled gratefully.
Four gave Teal a cold, unyielding stare before walking smartly out of the pavilion, his boots faint against the gravel his time.
"Look at those long legs, they're s+xy. Now I know why they're saying he has fine legs. Your husband is hot" Shannon talked again.
"Shannon!" Teal snarled, facing her furiously.
Shannon blinked twice, taking one step back.
"Sorry...I just can't...control it" she muttered.
"I'm Teal, and he's Four...don't overdo it. We're only husband and wife by mistake, and it'd be corrected after we defeat the terrorists" Teal said.
"I get it, I didn't mean to annoy you" Shannon muttered again, and Teal managed to smile.
"I'm just saying" she said, and Shannon nodded with a larger smile
Sierra followed Four, but Allegra kept kneeling there.
Without Four's permission, she can't stand.
--
Four was already in his car at the pavilion road when Sierra ran out to him, standing by his window.
"We came in Allegra's bike, and she's still on your punishment so she can't drive me back,, so drive me back" she said, knocking his window.
Four winded down, and her smile reached her cheeks.
"You gotta be the most annoying human I've ever met, you were gonna kill Skye?" Four said, his eyes still scorching angrily.
"I wasn't gonna shoot the gun, trust me. Have I ever killed anyone? I've not even been to my first mission so you should know it was a stunt to scare the bî+ch called Teal. I wouldn't kill anyone unjustly and you know it" she said, stretching her hand into the car window and caressing his forearm softly.
"We understand each other more than this, Four. C'mon, we literally did video calls everyday throughout your nineteen years inside your room, and if there's any pair who knows each other better than others, it's the two of us" she said, her smile reaching her full lips.
Four shook her hand away from his forearm, then he opened the car door, and she hopped in happily.
"So...I'm in your squad?" She said.
Four started the drive with zero answer, but she didn't mind.
"You carry this everywhere?" She gasped when she saw his perfume glass inside the drawer.
Tom Ford.
"You should become their ambassador at this rate, you're the most sweet-scenting man I know" she said, spraying the car with the perfume wastefully.
"And yunno what? I'm glad you dislike Teal...I mean, what's there to like about her anyways? Thank you for disliking her." She said.
It's like she's overjoyed with just being in this car with him.
"Stop being dramatic...for nothing" he lifelessly replied as he drove into the base, and Sierra reclined into her seat.
Her index stayed still on the perfume atomizer as she stared deeply at the attractive mole on his nose, and the way he drives...
Geez!
--
An hour later, Shannon and Teal arrived at the base too.
They trekked, so it took longer, and they had to leave April and Allegra at the pavilion.
Allegra was still on her knees when they left, and as for April, she's gonna stay with Skye till daybreak.
"But Teal...you brought a car when you came back earlier" Shannon said as they walked side-by-side.
"It was rented. I wanted to buy one but my credit card was declining for no damn reason, so I had to rent it, and the rentals already took it back after I took my stuffs away from the trunk" Teal explained.
"You're lucky, you have enough money for a car and whatever you want" Shannon said.
"Breathe, I'm not from a rich family. We're just okay" Teal replied, and Shannon laughed lightly.
"I wasn't at the lectures about the terrorist the other time, so what's his name? And his origin?" Teal asked.
"Name? Usman. The only seen part of him is his back view. Origin? Hyderabadi. He's from Hyderabad" Shannon briefed.
"And Sierra said something about burning your uniform, so if you're determined to go to the mission tomorrow, what are you gonna wear?" She asked with concern.
"I'll sort it out, don't mind me" Teal replied.
"Of course" Shannon waved, and they parted ways.
Shannon returned to the barracks, and Teal returned to the family housing.
The solitude and silence that embraced her immediately she entered was suffocating, and suddenly she wished she invited Shannon over for a sleepover.
She's not a person of peace. She hates silence and quiet, it's boring as hell.
She wants drums, the screams and yells. She wants the shrieks. They're a sign that she's alive.
She stripped her joggers and sweatshirt, and she entered the bathroom, soaking herself nakedly in the wide bathtub.
As the water calmed her edgy nerves, she propped up her arm and took her phone, going through the pages of Four's life history again.
No matter how many times she read it, there's nothing that's pointing to why he has her parents paintings, so she dropped the phone on the ground and threw her head back, her lashes conjoining.
"Could he have been the one who bought all the paintings back then?" She muttered, opening her eyes.
"Nah... I was still seven years old when my parents made those expensive paintings, and he's five years older, so he would be twelve years old that time. Could a twelve years old boy buy paintings worth millions? Yeah his family is rich but then... urggg!!" She held her head as it banged with her overthinking.
"My brain isn't braining I'm tired!!"
She dipped herself completely into the tub, and by the time she surfaced, she rinsed up and left the bathroom.
She dressed up in jean shorts and a black top, then she brought a knife out of her duffel bag.
It's a poisonous knife, one that was gifted to her by her late parents, and she was lucky to sneak it into this base.
She unsheathed the knife and began training, all by herself.
Till daybreak.
--
At 6am, two military buses are ready for the journey to Plaka, and the squad members are already trooping out of their barracks in their combat uniforms and helmets.
The riflemen are holding rifles, and the grenadiers have their bags strapped to their backs.
April came back from the pavilion this morning, and she quickly got ready, cleaning up and joining the first bus.
Allegra came back too, and she went straight to Axel's Unit where she met him with one of the base pr0stitutes.
They're are on the base payroll—they get payed monthly just like the armies, and their job is to satisfy anyone who needs sexual pleasure nightly.
She's laying on her chest on the center table, and a red chem light is stuck up her arse.
She's just there, and Axel is looking at her with drowsy eyes as he smoked.
Allegra pushed the center table away, and the sl-t fell together with it.
"Go away!" Allegra ordered.
The lady gathered her clothes, not bothering to wear them before rushing out of the unit.
"Look at my injured knees! Your brother isn't only bullying you but also me! And why? All because I wanted to teach Skye a lesson? He even broke the concrete and called doctors for him! Who does he think he is!!" Allegra vented out.
"You're too loud" Axel said, shaking ash away from his weed blunt.
"Too loud? Is that all you're gonna say? Your brother is turning everyone to his slave and Teal is even worse! I wanna claw her eyes out and eat them and I can't even do anything cos she's a bî+ch who talks like she owns everyone! I used to be the most feared lady in this base but what now? She stripped that away after the bathroom fight!" She said.
"If you're gonna continue ranting, then leave" Axel replied.
"But I want the two of them gone, and I'm sure you do too" Allegra sat on his laps, and Axel showered her face with smokes.
"Suck me off first, then I can be sane enough to talk about it" he said.
Despite her red knees, Allegra kneeled between his legs and zipped him down, licking his cap first.
"I wanna crush her fingers, so bad. And I want your brother gone" She whispered.
"Suck" Axel replied. He's obviously high on weed as his eyes are between colour red and yellow.
Allegra closed her mouth on his c0ck, and he lulled his head to the backrest of the couch, smoking and grinning as she sucked him.
--
At half past 6am, everyone already entered the bus.
Sergeant Kash is in charge of the entries, and he coordinated it so well.
After the fifty members filled the two buses, the drivers were about to shut the doors when Teal appeared.
She's wearing a combat uniform, thanks to General Pedro.
She had called him this morning, and he had given her the password to his office where she got a new uniform from.
"Private Teal.. You got stepped down" Sergeant Kash said.
"I can't let my husband go to war alone, that'd be insensitive." She replied with a fake smile.
Sergeant Kash looked back at the last car—Four's car.
Four is inside with Sierra, and Sierra is smirking.
Four said nothing. No objection nor agreement, so Kash allowed Teal unto the first car.
Luckily for her, that's where all her gees are.
"I knew she'd come!" Brent laughed, strapping his grenade bag.
"Welcome on board, Battery" Rook pecked her cheek, and she hit his lips, making him grin.
"Thanks for last night" April said.
"Co-thanks" Shannon said.
"What happened last night?" Rook asked.
"It's a girls stuff" Teal replied.
"I'm gay, so I think I'm qualified to hear" Rook said, and they all laughed it out.
Abbey is unusually quiet. He's just in his corner, ear pods plugged as he watched Morgan and Quentin's video over and over again.
There are several images of Morgan's pu§§y in his head. Both soaked and c+m-filled, and they're all so erotic that he's currently releasing in his khaki pants.
C+mming before going to war is probably the best feeling ever, and he's enjoying the warmness.
Morgan and Stormy are at the back, and they look hateful as they stared at the chatting group of Privates.
Stormy is a rifleman, and Morgan is a grenadier.
Theo is in the middle of the bus, and he stared at Rook for a second before taking his eyes away, staring out of the bus with his rifle in hand.
Sergeant Kash was about to join them in the car when Cassie arrived, and he smiled wide, giving her a hug.
"Come back safe, ok?" She said, and he nodded, pecking her forehead.
"Sure"
He finally entered and shut the door.
The three buses drove out of the base, and Four's car followed behind.
"You're really gonna let Teal go with us?" Sierra asked behind him.
"You should be asking yourself that. You weren't in the squad in the first place" he replied without looking at her.
"But we both know I deserve to be there, I'm Teal's superior in all stages" she replied.
"If you keep making everything about her, then you're getting down from this car" he replied, giving her one of his difficult looks. His vein is even appearing on his neck.
"Fine" she replied, keeping shut.
All the cars rode out, and the base gate closed, then Cassie turned around to return to the family housing.
She sighted Axel's Unit, and she swallowed. She could hear Allegra's moans from inside, so she just walked past and left.
--
[Plaka, Major Suburb Of Athens]
The three buses arrived at Future Primary school at the same time, and immediately the armies began coming down, the teachers began coming out of the classes, looking scared.
By the time everyone came out of the buses, all the teachers and even the headmaster is already out.
Sergeant Kash stayed with the armies, and it was Four who went to speak with the headmaster.
He had to pull him to one side...
"What's going on? We're a very peaceful school and we only take the less privileged kids as you can see, we didn't offend the government" the man said fearfully.
"Chill, it's nothing like that, but it's greater" Four replied.
"What do you mean?"
"Remember Usman The Beast?" Four said in a clean English accent.
"Of course, everyone knows the boss of the terrorists in this country" the headmaster replied.
"This school is his new target, and he's attacking by noon" Four replied, and his eyes widened.
"What!"
--
Teal couldn't stay still with the rest and Sergeant Kash, so she entered the school blocs, and the pupils they saw filled her with pity.
Most of them are on wheelchairs while some are blind and can only learn with block letters.
Some are deaf, and some are mute. Different kids with different problems.
And the leader of the terrorist is targeting these same kids?
Teal held the window sill tight, blinking once.
Then she saw a kid in front of the class. She looks fine.
She's not on a wheelchair, and she doesn't look deaf nor blind.
Teal entered the classroom, and the teachers stood protectively, so she raised her hands.
"I'm not gonna hurt anyone" she said, smiling as she moved to the healthy kid.
"Hey, what's your name?" She asked.
"Rue" the kid replied, and Teal's smile widened.
"You can speak too? You look fine, why are you here?" She asked, stroking her hair.
"My parents said helping the less privileged is the best kindness one could offer, so I decided to school here and be their friend" the kid replied.
"Rue is a good kid. Thanks to her, the other kids have been picking up fast" a teacher said, and then the headmaster's scream filled the school air.
"Terrorists are on their way!! They're on their way here!! Get the kids out of the school!!!"
The teachers stood at alert, and Teal's eyes widened as the headmaster ran around the classes, screaming the same thing.
The school almost went down.
The other Privates rushed into the classes, stopping the kids or teachers from getting out.
When Four told the headmaster the situation earlier, he entered the block with an excuse that he needed to pee, only for him to scream out what was supposed to be a secret.
Four snatched a rifle from Sergeant Kash, placing the cold barrel on the headmaster's head.
The man stopped shouting immediately, but he's panting and crying.
"You will not make a sound again, you've ruined enough, and now you scared the kids!" He said heavily.
The headmaster looked around the classes to see the kids are crying in fear already.
"They'll go home, but before they leave, their bags would be checked for any hidden bomb. Usman is not attacking till noon, so it's safe" Four continued.
"I...I understand" the headmaster stuttered, then Four lowered the rifle and pushed him into the class.
The search started, from bags to socks to hair...
As the search went on, different thoughts battled in Four's head.
If Usman would attack at noon, then why did he inform them very early?
Informing them means they'd arrive in time to move the kids from school, so why...why would he inform them early?
Unless he has another plan.
Wait...he mentioned that he was gonna kill every member of the squad, starting from his wife...
Teal.
He immediately left the class he was searching, going to other classes.
"Where's Teal?"
"Where's Teal?"
Was the only question he kept asking.
"She's in the last classroom with Rook and April sir" Brent told him, and he moved to the last classroom.
Truly, Teal is there with Rook and April, and they're searching the pupils for safety.
Four entered the class, swatting them out of his way as he looked around for any sign of abnormality.
The four angles of the class, then the teacher's desk. Nothing is in sight.
He was about to turn about 360 when he heard the faint beep of something, and he calmed, tracing it to the base of a kid's chair.
He went on a knee and looked down, finding what he's looking for.
A bomb!
It's already reading 00:03.
F+ck!
He grabbed it from the chair base and began rushing to the window.
"Get the kids out!!!" He yelled as he threw the bomb out of the window.
Teal and Rook began pushing the kids out, but as expected, there are more bombs attached to the chairs, so they barely got three kids out before the classroom blew up, and the explosion force flung all of them far away from the building.
They landed on the brown grass, and thanks to their helmet, they're protected from head injuries.
Four was the first to stand, and when he saw Teal is fine, he rolled his eyes back to the burning class.
Teal is dumbfounded, and as she watched the various bodies of pupils lying around in blood and different body parts scattered across the grass, she became spineless.
April was right.
The chaos they've been avoiding finally happened. The kids scattered around the school as they ran for their lives.
The blind ones are falling as they ran, and the cripples are crawling and crying.
The Privates began helping them away. The plan was to take them to the car, but the car blew up too.
Their buses!
When did they plant the bombs? Where are the terrorists hiding?
"The real teachers are locked in two toilets at the end of this block! The teachers we saw are all fake!" A Private yelled, running up the block.
Before he could get to the middle of the corridor, he was gunned down, and the fake teachers poured out of the class, led by the fake headmaster.
They're all holding weapons now, and the Privates swung into immediate action, unmounting their rifles and going fire for fire, protecting the remaining kids.
Four led the fire, then Theo followed.
Sierra and Rook and Shannon scattered in the same perimeter, shooting down three of the bastards at the same time.
It's like they're hiding in the walls or something cos the more they klll, the more they emerge.
Three Privates are down already.
Abbey and Stormy appeared fdon behind a window, shooting down two of them under a shed.
Their heads flew off their necks.
Morgan and Brent jumped down that same window, marching the dead bodies of kids as they lowered the spoons of their grenades before throwing it at the bastards.
Three of them got caught in the explosion, and the wall of that building collapsed, but they retaliated, throwing grenades back.
Morgan and Brent flew to different directions as the grenade hit the ground, and the ground uprooted with the stones, affecting Rook and Theo who're not far from there.
Rook nearly fell into the hole, but Theo threw down his rifle and pulled him back.
Five more Privates hit the ground, dead from the terrorists bullets, but Four took down six men from the terrorists side almost immediately.
That one vein on his neck is out again, and his adrenaline is pumping madly.
Sierra is right beside him, shooting the same bullets as him.
Teal is not even outside at all.
She's not with a rifle since she wasn't given any.
She's busy searching the classes, looking for the kid from earlier...Rue.
She hasn't seen her since this shootout started, and she's getting mad.
Gunshots rented the air like a drum of war, and the screams of kids mixed with it to form a death song, coupled with the blood and bodies on kids on the ground.
Grief clattered her chest, and the claws of pain teared her as she searched every class for that one kid.
"Rue!!!"
"Private Teal!!" Sergeant Kash called from where he's protecting the remaining kids from, and she turned around to see him covering twenty kids alone.
They're the remaining kids.
"Get here and cover with me, there's an extra gun in my backpack!!" He yelled, but Teal shook her head.
"Just a minute, I need to look for a particular kid" she replied, entering another class.
"Private Teal!!" Sergeant Kash yelled again, and the sound of another explosive replied him as two of the kids he's covering got blasted.
Teal found the kid Rue in the middle classroom, and a big smile filled her face. The girl is squatting by the fallen wall of the exploded class, covering her ears with her palms.
"Military lady" she muttered.
"Rue" Teal began running to her, but just two steps...
Just two steps was what she took before the corner blew up with Rue.
Teal was thrown out of the class by the force, and she landed on the ground with wounded knees, elbows, had forehead.
She was about to scream Rue when she saw another scene behind.
All the kids with Sergeant Kash are down in blood.
All twenty of them died of bullets from the terrorists cos he was shorthanded.
"No" Teal muttered.
"Why didn't you listen to me and fuckin join me? Why!!!" Sergeant Kash yelled.
"No..." Teal muttered again, crawling to the bunch of dead kids and shaking her head.
By now, a bunch of the terrorists are down too—dead on the grass, but the deed has been done.
The burning classrooms continued burning, the fire continued blazing.
The dead are dead, and the living continues living.
And the earth continues to spin.
--
[Dusk, Military Base]
The survivor Privates are just arriving back to the base, and everyone looks unwell like their lives got drained away.
Teal was the last to come down from the bus. She was ready for any cruel thing that's gonna come, and she guessed right.
It wasn't funny.
It was Four himself who drove her to the enclosed pavilion.
She was thrown inside the chilly place, and Skye was taken out.
Teal stood there, her arms dropped and her body cold like a corpse.
Four used the remote again,, lifting the roof from the pavilion and allowing coldness inside.
He returned it back to the way it was before—roofless.
Teal didn't move, she's just staring into space, the bodies of the twenty kids unable to leave her memory.
"Stay here, and reflect. Any day you decide to start listening to seniors and lower your useless ego, then I'll let you out...even if it takes a f+ckin year" Four said with enraged eyes and bloodstained dry lips, then he closed the door.
With a loud click, the pavilion went shut, locking Teal in.
TBC.
