Elora emerged from the bathroom, a smug smile spreading across her face as she seemed to be savoring a private victory. However, her moment of triumph was short-lived, as Diva's abrupt interruption shattered the silence.
"Did you dr7g my brother into sleeping with you?" Diva demanded, her voice laced with accusation and anger. Elora's gaze shifted, and she turned to face Diva.
"Did he say I did that?" Elora said, nonchalantly, Diva frown grew deeper. "Why are you making that face? This is what you and your mother have always wanted, you want me to be with Alex and now it's happening," Elora said, smirking.
"Yes, we did, but not this way, Elora, how could you!" Diva exclaimed, her voice filled with disgust and disappointment. Elora scoffed, her smirk deepening into a mocking grin.
"Oh, please! Spare that pretence. Why are you acting innocent all of a sudden?" She snapped.
"This is not what we planned for. Did you know how shattered my brother is right now because of you!" she yelled, Elora merely rolled her eyes, her face unrepentant.
"I finally got what I want. You should be happy for me," Elora said, her voice dripping with satisfaction, as if she had achieved a long-sought victory.
"Happy for you? I thought we both agreed to move on with our lives and support his decision with the one he truly loves,"
"No, that was your agreement, not mine. I only acted cool with it, but deep down, I was hurt. You don't expect me to sit down and watch Naomi take what's rightfully mine. Alex and I were forever meant to be. So, be happy, sister-in-law." She laughed, the sound grating on Diva's nerves.
"I never knew you could be worse than this, Elora. You have truly shown everyone your real self," she said, her voice laced with venom. She pushed closer to Elora, her eyes blazing with fury. Elora seemed unfazed. "If you think you've won by luring my brother into having sex with you, then you've failed," Diva said, her voice firm and resolute. "I'll stick with him and help him fight this obstacle."
"Are you being serious right now? Don't you want me for your brother anymore?"
"No, not now or ever! I regretted having you as a friend. I never knew you were this evil. Now I see the reason why Alex had to choose Naomi over you," she said, her words cutting deep into Elora's psyche.
"Diva!" she yelled, her voice echoing through the room, as the tension between them reached a boiling point.
"What? Does it hurt that I'm telling the truth? Alex saw through your real self, that's why he dumped you," Diva said, her voice laced with venom.
"Diva, if not that I consider you as a friend, I would have..." She didn't get to finish her sentence.
"I dare you! Henceforth, you are no longer my friend, and you have no business here anymore. I want you out of this palace!" Diva yelled, pointing to the door. Elora laughed, a cold, mirthless sound.
"Seriously! Do you really think you can chase me out?"
Just then, Queen Lala appeared at the door, her face stern.
"Yes, she does," she said, her voice firm. "I am so disappointed in you, Elora. What you did to my son is unforgivable."
"But Mom, I did what's right."Elora tried to defend herself.
"No, that was wrong. As much as I want you for my son, what you did was out of bounds. I regret my actions, and it hurts me to see the pain he's going through."
"I did nothing wrong. I just claimed what's mine."
"Well, he is not yours anymore. Please leave and never come back."
"You can't be serious, Mom. You can't chase me away."
"I just did. As the queen of this kingdom, I order you to leave and never come back."
Elora's face turned red with anger as she packed her bags and stormed out of the room. Diva burst into tears, and her mother pulled her into a comforting hug.
"I am such a bad sister," she sobbed. "Alex will never forgive me for this."
Queen Lala sighed, her own eyes welling up with tears.
"I know, I am a bad mother too. I let hatred get the better of me. I have totally let my son down." She sniffed, holding Diva close as they consoled each other.

The news of what Elora did spread like wildfire, and everyone was shocked and saddened by her actions. Mia and the guys sat next to Naomi, trying to console her as she struggled to come to terms with what had happened.
"What she did was horrible and needs to be dealt with," Jimmy said, his voice filled with anger and disgust.
"Everyone in the palace is against what she did, but right now, there's nothing to do anymore," Mrs. Ruth said.
"Was she that desperate to have him?" Evans asked.
"She tried to do it before, but sis was right on time to stop her, and now she finally got her way," Mia explained.
"She tried to do it before and they still allowed her stay in the palace?" Elena asked.
"Yes, because no one knows by then, she actually said she will never bother Alex and Naomi again, but no one knows she will be planning something horrible like this," Mrs. Ruth said.
Naomi remained calm, her gaze fixed on her phone, hoping to see Alex's call or message appear on the screen.
"Sis, don't think too much about it, I am sure everything will be fine," Philip said, trying to offer some comfort.
"I believe that too," Mr. Daniels said, his voice reassuring. Everyone sighed, trying to find solace in the uncertainty of the situation.
********
The next day, Naomi arrived at the palace, rang the doorbell, and was greeted by the open door. She entered the living room, where she saw Diva sitting alone, checking her phone. Their eyes met, and Naomi politely greeted her.
"Um, good day, Your Highness," she said, trying to be respectful.
Diva stared calmly at Naomi without saying a word. Naomi, feeling a bit awkward, turned to leave. However, Diva suddenly called out to her.
"Naomi," she said, her voice low and even.
Naomi hesitated for a moment before turning back to Diva.
"Yes, Your Highness," she said, trying to be polite.
Just as Diva was about to speak, King Luke appeared at the top of the staircase.
"Naomi," he called out happily, his voice warm and welcoming.Naomi turned to him and curtsied.
"Greetings, Your Majesty," she said, showing respect.
King Luke smiled and descended the stairs.
"Greetings to you too, my dear," he said. "How are you doing today?"
"I'm good, Your Majesty," Naomi replied, trying to sound cheerful.
"That's good to know. I can see you're here to see Alex," he said, his voice filled with understanding. Naomi nodded, feeling a bit more at ease. "Alright, he's in his room right now," he said, providing her with the information she needed.
"Thank you, Your Majesty," she said, before turning to head up the stairs to Alex's room.
Alex stood by his balcony, lost in deep thought, when a knock on the door jolted him out of his hair. He moved towards the door, expecting to see one of his family members or Nathan. When he heard Naomi's voice calling out to him, he hesitated, unsure of how to react.
"Alex," Naomi called out softly from the other side of the door. "Alex, I know you can hear me, can you please open the door and let's talk."
Alex stood frozen, his hand on the door handle, but he couldn't bring himself to open it. The weight of his guilt and shame was crushing him, and he didn't know how to face Naomi. He slowly slid down the door, sitting on the floor with his back against it, and let out a sad sigh. As tears began to build up in his eyes, he listened to Naomi's words.
"Alex, I know you can hear me, and I know you're still hurt by what happened," she said, her voice filled with empathy. "I just want you to know that I'm here for you. I won't leave your side... It's okay to feel guilty, but don't feel it too long. Everyone makes mistakes, and I won't judge you for it."
Alex felt a lump form in his throat as he listened to her words. He wanted to open the door, to let her in, but he couldn't bring himself to do it. He remained seated on the floor,
"It's okay if you don't want to see me or talk to me, just don't get sick and take care of yourself, okay?" Naomi's voice was gentle, but Alex could sense the pain and sadness beneath her words.
As Naomi stood there, trying to process her emotions, she eventually decided to leave. Alex remained seated on the floor, unsure of how to face Naomi or move forward from what had happened.
