Paige's lips stayed on Everest's lips as she kissed him gently. She got scared immediately she kissed, scared of getting pushed away from him. He didn't expect the kiss and she kissed him against his permission, she waited for him to push her away but when he didn't do that, she gathered confidence and started kissing him slowly.
Everest's eyes were actually wide but he didn't moved nor push her away from his lap.
She started feasting slowly on his lips but he kissed her back.
She noticed the slowness of his lips on her and she was about to pull away but he held her back.
"Why?" he asked, his voice sounding almost inaudible.
"You are not kissing me back, you don't.." he cut her off by reconnecting their lips.
He took charge of the kiss and he started eating up her lips so good. Her hands left his shoulders and went to his shirt, she tugged her hands on his front shirt.
His mint scent filled her nose and that triggered her emotions, she kissed him so hard, opening his mouth wide with her tongue. She rolled her tongue in his mouth's walls and he smiled handsomely, the energy she was putting in the kiss got him smiling.
His hands went down her thighs and when he touched her bare skin, a cute moan came out of her lips.
"Mm" she moaned cutely on his lips and he gently broke the kiss, their eyes hooking on each other as they stared into each other's eyes.
Her eyes went to his lips and she took her hand there, she started caressing his lips with a finger.
"You..." she smiled.
"You are not going to ask me why I did that? You are not mad?" she asked, and he smiled, hugging her waist.
She smiled looking at his hands on her waist before diverting her eyes to his face.
"I kissed you back" he said.
"You are not going to call me cheap or a slut...."
"You shouldn't have kissed me if you were going to start saying all these things after" he cut her off, and she pouted.
"I'm afraid you might start avoiding me after here" she said.
"Then get off your fear, I won't do that, thank you for having my first kiss" he said and her eyes widened.
"Your.... first..kiss?" she stuttered with wide eyes.
"Yes" he replied and she mirrored his face pretty.
"So I had your first kiss?" she asked, a big smile on her face.
"What do you want to hear again?" he asked.
"Say yes" she replied.
"Ok, yes" he said and she leaned in kissing him on the lips briefly.
"What is that for?" he looked at her.
"For giving me your first kiss" she said and he chuckled.
"You are acting like we.." she quickly placed a finger on his lips.
"Don't say it, please" she said and he stopped.
"We are in the office and I have some works on my desk" he muttered.
"What if I relief you of the works?" she asked prettily.
"You will be pilling up much work for me, we will be busy tomorrow, it's the company reselection tomorrow" he said.
"I know" she bit her lips, and he chuckled when he saw that.
"Stop biting your lips"
"You don't like it?" she asked, focusing on him.
Everest stood up at once with her in his arms.
He dropped her on the floor but she pushed him and he fell on the couch again, she fastly straddled him.
"Paige" he called.
"Don't ditch me for work" she said and quickly hugged him, placing her head on his chest.
"What if someone comes in?"
"You are single so I don't see any problem with that" she replied.
"Are you indirectly claiming me now?" he asked.
"Should I?" she raised her head up.
"Gawd!" he muttered and she hugged him back.
"I'm your little baby now" she said slowly, and he sighed heavily.
ADAMS CORPORATION*
There was silence in the meeting room as Ceres's secretary displayed the designs(clothes) on the the wide electronic screen.
There are different kinds of clothes, shoes, bags, caps and belts.
"These are our next products" the secretary said and dropped the remote before facing everyone.
A loud sound of clap followed immediately.
"This is the best designs will be producing, you did so well Ceres" the chief director said and Ceres smiled proudly.
"This will push the company higher"
"So when are the products going to be out?"
"Tomorrow" Ceres smirked and stood up from her chair.
"Let's see tomorrow" she said and walked out.
Her secretary quickly followed her till they got to her office.
"You are swimming in billions already"
"I'm not after the money but after making Jennifer angry" Ceres said and entered her office.
A BAR*
Newton and Sloane arrived at the bar and she smiled, looking at him.
"Don't drink beyond your tolerance level" he said.
"And if I don't?" she asked, and he leaned in with a smile.
"I will kiss you" he replied and her cheeks heated up in a blush but she quickly hide it by looking away.
"I'm feeling like disobeying you" she said and he chuckled.
"Just don't, tell me when you are feeling tipsy" he said and she nodded.
They went into the bar together and walked to the counter.
"Two cups of beer" Newton ordered.
"Coming" the bartender replied, going for the beer.
Newton saw a pretty girl drinking from a table and he started looking at her.
"She is cute" he said and Sloane quickly faced him.
She looked at where he was looking and a frown appeared on her face.
"Do you bring me here to compliment other girls? I'm a girl too, is it because I'm not dressed classic or what..." he hugged her and she stopped talking.
"Aww, a cute view" the bartender said and dropped the cups in front of them. He broke the hug and she looked away.
She almost got carried away.
He smiled and took the cups, giving one to her.
"No" she rejected.
"Why?"
"I don't want to drink again, I think coming here was a bad idea, maybe when I dressed hotly you will look at me" she said and he smiled.
"I'm sorry" he muttered, dropping the cups.
He grabbed her shoulders and turned her to himself.
"You are sexy and hot in what you are wearing, I love everything you wear" he said.
"Stop trying to talk sweet to me, Netwon" she said.
"Drink alone" she said and started leaving.
"You are not going to stop her?" the bartender asked.
"She is going to come back" he replied confidently.
"You are not dating her but you have feelings for her, she has feelings for you but she's claiming hard to get right?" the bartender asked.
"Yes, you are smart" he smiled.
"I'm a woman too, it's in our blood" she said and just then a girl came over to the counter.
"Hey!" she said and he looked at her, he recognized her to be the girl he complimented earlier.
"What's up?" he asked.
"I'm good, I think you were here with someone?" she replied.
"Well..."
"I'm here" Sloane said and pushed herself in between them.
"You can leave now" she glared at the girl.
"Easy girl" the girl smiled and walked away.
"You were trying to hit on her, you didn't even go after me, I thought you were a gentleman" she said and grabbed the cup of beer, she drank u at once and took the second cup, she drank it at once.
"Another shot" she said.
Newton and the bartender exchanged glances.
"That's enough Sloane" he said.
"Don't talk to me" she snapped.
"You know what? I'm angry at you, let's get out of here, don't talk to me tomorrow" she took his hand and started dragging him out.
The bartender started looking at her with a wide smile on her face.
"J girl" she said.
EVEREST'S ROOM*
Everest was getting dressed for his date with Vivian when a call entered his phone, he left his shirt and walked to the table, he looked at the screen and saw Paige's number. He picked up with a smile.
"Paige" he called.
"Everest, you got home already?" she asked.
"Yeah, what about you?" he replied.
"Can we see tonight?" she asked.
"Huh! Right now?" he asked.
"Yes" she replied and he sighed, giving his lips a slight bite.
"You are going to say no?" she asked with a sad voice.
"Where is the address?" he asked.
A PARK*
Paige came out of her car and she was standing beside it as she waited for him.
She has gotten to the park over thirty minutes now.
"Is he not coming again?" she asked, tapping her feet on the ground.
"I should have pick him up myself" she muttered, sucking on her lips.
She suddenly heard movements behind her and she quickly turned, her eyes lit up when she saw him there.
She quickly ran to him and pulled him into a hug.
"I kept you waiting?" he said, returning the hug.
"It was worth it" she replied and he broke the hug.
His eyes went to what she was wearing, and she started feeling hot despite the cold weather as he checked her out.
"Don't wear this next time" he said.
"Why? You don't like it" she asked.
"Cos it's too sexy for other guys to see" he replied and her heart skipped a beat.
"It was nightime"
"Don't wear it when coming outside, it's cold, you might catch a flu" he said and she smiled prettily.
Hearing that statement from him got her overwhelmed.
"Why did you chose a Park?" he asked, looking around.
"It's fun here" she replied and took his hand.
"There's a staffless cafe here" she said and took him there, they sat on the table and she ordered two cups of hot coffee for them, it only took a minute for the coffee to come out through the food slide
Everest's phone started ringing in his pocket and he knew who was calling. He bit his lips.
"Are you alright?" she asked.
"I'm fine" he smiled.
A DINNER PLACE*
Vivian was restless as she kept calling Everest's number without him picking up. She has been waiting for over an hour now.
She rented the whole table for the two of them.
Her mind wasn't stable as she kept calling him.
"Why is he not picking up? He's not showing up anymore?" she asked worriedly.
She stood up from the chair and started moving around the room.
She called him again but a message entered her phone.
She read it instantly.
•I'M SORRY VIVI, I CAN'T MAKE IT•
Vivian fell on the chair as her eyes stung with tears.
JENNIFER'S CASTLE*
"You love Justin Bieber's songs too?" Myles as he drove the car into the driveway and halted.
"I have been fan since I was 9" she replied and he smiled.
"His collaboration with Jaden Smith is my best song" he said.
"That's my favorite" she said and he smiled.
"We are real fans" he said and she leaned closer.
"What?" he asked and she pouted.
"I know what you are thinking" he said and pushed her head back.
She giggled happily and he opened the door, they came out together and started going into the castle.
"I guess it's a good night" he said and she turned sad.
"Why the sad face?" he asked.
"Don't leave" she said.
"Why?" he asked.
"I don't want you to leave me" she said cutely.
"Can you sleep here?" she asked, biting her lips.
"I didn't tell my grandma.."
"You can call her and tell her you are not coming home" she cut in.
"It's not right, this is not right, sleeping in your house" he said and started leaving but she ran after him and hugged him from behind.
"Don't leave me, Myles" she said in a low voice and he felt his heart skipped a beat.
He slowly turned and broke the hug but she hugged him again.
"I don't want to start missing you, stay with me for an hour please"
"That's too much" he said, trying to break the hug but she resisted, hugging him tighter.
"Do you have feelings for me?" he asked and she looked up.
"Yes" she replied at once.
