Tomorrow is going the day for the students night groove.. A lot of things were going to be done at the party.. Dancing contest, singing contests and lots of other things… Honestly.. I don’t like attending all these silly human nonsense but Since Riley asked, I couldn’t say no.. I could but I’m his girlfriend so.. I can’t let him go alone…
After the lecture, Riley said we should meet at our usual place after the school was over.. I didn’t know what he wanted to do or show me but I had wait to find out…
As we were about the leave the class, Our lecturer, Mr. Alabi asked that I should meet him in his office… I was surprised cause I didn’t do anything to attract any lecturers attention.. And I do perform well in class and do my assignments so what does he want from me.

Mr. Alabi ➡ Christen.. Meet me in my office.. Now!!

Christen ➡ Okay..

Riley ➡ Did you do anything?

Christen ➡ No.. Nothing that I know of.

Riley ➡ Okay then.. I’ll follow you to his office..

Riley ran off to hid next lecture class and I went to Alabi’s office to see why he wanted to see me..
As I reached his office, I took a long nice breath before going in.. As I entered his office, I saw him standing by the side of his window.. I wonder what he was looking at?
I coughed so he notice my attention, Immediately he turned around, he chalked up an ugly looking smile.. I wish he stop that.. He then offered me to sit down and I did, after a brief moment of silence, Mr. Alabi began to talk.

Christen ➡ I’m fine..

It didn’t take long for me to realize where this talk was going.. Was this bastard trying to hit on me? I don’t know why some matured people are so stupid.. We’re in a school for bloody sake and school is a place of study and socialization not romance…
From the look on his ugly face, I could tell he was trying to do something else instead of asking how I was…. Humans… Mtcheew!

Its a shame after swearing on the altar to love your one and only wife for life and now you’re chasing after young girls.. I wonder if she knows about your secret affairs with the girls of your department..

I Just couldn’t listen to the idiot any more.. I instantly casted a body possession spell on him, and blocked his breathing organs… He clutched on to his neck.. With eyes wide open.. His eyes were beginning to get red, The fool fell on his knees placing his hands on the ground.. He groaned in pain, wiggling with his body as if he was being electrocuted…
In that moment.. I wanted to kill him.. If only it were that easy… Before he could get his ticket to the land of the dead.. I canceled the spell.. The idiot coughed so hard, breathing as hard as he could.. His forehead was covered in sweat.. Gradually he stood up and gave me a frightening look, Before he could say anything.. I shot out a white beam of light into his head.. He stood still, his eyes was dazed as if he was in a coma, after that, I snapped my finger, erasing his memory… Everything vile he did to his wife, and the memories of the girls he slept with and what happened here was all erased clean.. The only thing he now remembers, is his wife, kids, family, friends and his job as a lecturer… No more cheating and blackmailing girls into have sex with him..
Before he could come back to his fresh new self.. I disappeared from his office…
As soon as I teleported to a safe location, I went back to class to attend lectures…. But as I got there.. I later found out that the class wasn’t holding…. So I decided to roam about instead..
As I was passing by the Student Affairs Building.. I heard someone shouting and a sound of struggle.. I really wasn’t much o helper but I decided to check it out..
As I entered the corridor, I saw a girl in the middle of a small crowd, being slapped around, she was desperately trying to escape but she wasn’t allowed to pass through..
And as I kept watching, I noticed the person in charge of the assault was Rukky, Riley’s ex.. She was loving the abuse the girl got and what made me angry was the girl was begging but the crowd around her were busy laughing and pushing her down.. This wickedness was just too much so I decided to help the girl.. I pushed my way into the crowd and slapped the bully who was beating the girl.. Everyone was surprised when they saw me,… Especially Rukky, as she saw me, she laughed and clapped her hands as she made her way towards me..

Rukky ➡ Well, well, well, if it isn’t the Ashawo sorceress.. Flaunting around with your cursed charm stealing people’s boyfriends..

Christen ➡ Well, at least I didn’t go round looking for one, they approached me.. Unlike some others I know who fashion themselves up and parade all day looking for one.

Rukky ➡ (angry) Shut up… Just look at you.. You don’t have shame.. You think ruining relationships is okay?

Christen ➡ (laughs) Looks who’s talking about shame? At least I stick to one guy and I have my pride as a woman.. What about you? How many guys have you been with? You jump on one man and another selling yourself for some stupid wads of paper called money! So sad.

Rukky ➡ (boiling with rage) You b*tch!!!! Who do you think you are? Huh?

Christen ➡ (laughs) Why I thought you already knew by now? I’m the one who stole your man.. It’s a shame you couldn’t keep him around you.

Rukky ➡ You w---e!! Don’t think this is over.. Riley will soon mine.. I’ll get him back..

Christen ➡ (laughs) Awwwnnn! You mean my Riley.. you want to know how he’s doing? .. Well, he’s fine and okay with me.. Oh I can’t forget how he’s kisses me.. Those sweets cherry lips on mine. Everyone gasped as I skinned Rukky alive with words… I don’t like slamming people with words but Rukky deserved what she got… Seeing that I had disgraced her in front of her friends resulted to physically violence, She swung her hand trying to slap me but I quickly grabbed it…
Handling a weakling like Rukky wasn’t much of a big deal cause I’ve dealt with stronger creatures than her.. So I wouldn’t waste my time on her… I let her go and pushed her, I helped the helpless girl up and gave her way to pass.. Nobody touched us or tried to push us back instead they gave us way to pass…. Rukky who was more stubborn than I thought decided she’s wouldn’t go down quietly..

Rukky ➡ Just look her.. Daughter of a w---e.. Yes.. Who knows how many men your mother slept you to conceive you? If i’m a s--t then your mother is one as well..

That was a big and stupid mistake on her part.. She had said something that I could never allow… Calling my mother.. A w---e was something I could never forgive.. Out of anger, I rushed at her and gave her a dirty slap.. Rukky yelped in pain falling to the ground but I didn’t let her go just yet..
I pounced on her and dealt with her, slapping and punching her face.. Before I knew what was happening, I bursted her mouth and made her lose two of her tooth.. Before I realized realized what was happening… It was already too late.. Rukky’s face and mouth was covered in blood.. Everyone that was there stood and watched in astonishment.. I quickly stood up and left the place..
As the Hours passed, the news of what I did had gone around like wild fire.. Where ever I went to, people whispered behind me making gestures at me…
As soon as lecture hours was over.. I left the school quickly and went to consult my Grandmother Wuruola.
My Grandmother Wuruola was 1500 years old, that’s 150 years old in the human age.. She was long around before the country was even yet to be called Nigeria.. During her time, many people settled within this land.. Some of them perished, while some of them left and moved to other places.. My mother was the daughter and the third child of Wuruola, Though her daughter was killed by humans, she never took revenge and she never despised the humans.. She had this belief that everything was destined by fate.. No matter how the outcome…
She is a nice old witch and very caring, she was the only I could tell my problems to.. But don’t be fooled by her good character cause She’s one powerful and a dreadful witch to date..
Her powers is different from the rest of the witches.. She doesn’t manipulate nature like the others do.. Her magic gives her the ability to control your inner fantasies such as dreams and the rest… and make them come to life.. Your nightmares and your worst encounters, she can make them come true and make you live through them… Believe me.. You don’t want that… Even my dreadful sister Rose is afraid of her..
So after school, I teleported to Ogun to see her there.. As I arrived at her place.. I was intercepted by a huge demon, whose body was that of a snake… It had wings like bat and horns like that of a deer 🦌… It’s eyes were so big and frightening. In that moment.. I knew the demon.. It was one of my Grandmother’s servants.. It was called Dyfrdhs… Don’t bother pronouncing the name Only witches can pronounce it.. This demon gives people nightmare in their dreams at night, it uses your fear and terrifies you in the dream.. Because of its terrifying ugliness, my Grandmother had to make it take a human form whenever she had guests.

Christen ➡ I’m here to see my Grandmother, you idiot… Move out of my way..

Dyfrdhs ➡ Be gone witch! Less you suffer my wrath..

Christen ➡ Maybe you didn’t hear me well.. I said Move!!!

Before I could cast an spell on the fool, My Grandmother appeared… Its been a while since I’ve seen her.. Despite her age, it still looking quite limber…

Wuruola ➡ Christen my dear… It’s been a while… And you.. Stand down.. She’s my grand daughter, fool.

After that we went inside her house… Her place was quite big.. And well furnished.. One might think, she’s some rich lady or the wife of an alhaji or chief… But she’s not.. She just enjoy her time to live in luxury, that is if she’s not busy with something like terrorizing humans..
As soon as we entered, I saw the body of the human she was consuming.. His body had already shrunken, his flesh and blood was dried up except for the bones.. My Grandmother called out some ghouls who worked for her as her maids to consume the body, within seconds the man’s body was gone..

I told her everything that happened at school, She listened with rapt attention, shaking her head in the process…

My Grandmother and I began to laugh, at least we were on the same page about me dealing with Rukky… In that moment, Dyfrdhs returned with the fruit drink in a coconut shell and gave it to me.. Man, it tasted so delicious.. As I was drinking my juice.. I noticed my Grandmother was looking at me in a weird way.

Wuruola ➡ No.. I’m just noticing this new aura in you… You look different from the last time I saw you.. Your mood and dressing have changed in fact your everything has changed… This can only mean one thing… Tell me.. Are you seeing someone?

Before I could finish what I was saying, my Grandmother snapped her fingers and Pffft! I found myself sitting on my bed.. I was in my room… I couldn’t believe it.. So fast.. Well at least she saved me the trouble of doing it myself…
In that moment, I realized I was to meet Riley by this time… There was no time for me to change so I hurriedly went out of the house.. In my haste, I bumped into my brother and left the house… By the time, I reached there, Riley was just about to leave, I called out to him to let him know I’m here.

Riley ➡ Jesus Christen.. I was worried.. What took you so long?

Christen ➡ I went for a visit.. How long were you here?

The thing Riley made for me was a lovely bracelet with lots of colored beads and my name on it.. It was so beautiful.. Riley grabbed my hand and put it on for me.. It looked so captivating on my wrist..
I felt so happy that I kissed him.. Nobody had ever given me a gift before except my mom and Grandma… I never expected Riley to give me anything.. It may not be anything much but to me it’s was the best gift ever..
After that, Riley and I sat on the ground holding each other’s hands as we stared into the moon.
