NARRATOR POV

   Richard was discharged and brought home, Mrs. Judith got a chance to apologize to Nina for the way she spoke to her.

   "Am really sorry, I didn't know you were the victim". Mrs. Judith said as she sat down and Nina offered her a glass of water.

    " Is not your fault ma, you only believe what you hear".

     "I am really sorry, I promise never to come between you and my son again, you both have my blessing". She said sincerely and Nina smiled.

    " Thank you ma, am honored".

   "You are welcome, I will take my leave now". She stood up and Nina followed her to her car, she entered and they bid each other goodbye and she drove off. Nina stood staring at the car smiling.

    " Was that my mother?". Richard interrupted her from behind. She turns to him surprisedly to see him standing by his car.

    "Richard?". She moves closer to him." What are you doing here?".

   "I came to see you". he caress her face smiling.

    " You are supposed to be resting, you got discharge yesterday". She said.

    "Yeah, but I am fine now, except I am having a little pain in my shoulders and it needs a little massage". He said grinning at her." So, I came here for you to do that for me "He pulled her into his arms and Nina gulped nervously.

    " What are you doing? We are outside, people can see us".

   "I don't care, let them see".

    " We should go inside". She wiggled out of his arms and held his hand as they went inside."You really are funny, you drove all the way here just for me to give you a shoulder massage, don't you know where spa treatments are?". 

   "Is it a crime to ask my girlfriend for a shoulder massage".

    " Don't try to make an excuse here". she gave him a glass of water and sat down beside him."Seriously, why are you here?".

   "I came to check up on you, plus, I miss you so much". he said and Nina blushed.

   " You shouldn't have stressed yourself to come here".

   "I don't mind stressing myself to be seeing you every day". he pecks her lips." Come here". He opened his arms wide and Nina moved to him and he cuddled her warmly into his arms. "This feels so good". He smiles. " So, why was my mother here? Did she come to cause trouble?". 

    "No, she came to apologize".

   " Oh". They pulled away from each other and Nina rested her head on his shoulder. "Was that all?".

   " Yeah, and she said she approved her relationship".

   "Ok, that's good to know". 

  They went mute for a while and then Nina spoke out.

   " Richard".

   "mm"

   "How long do you know I was s+×ually abused by my uncle?". she pulled away to look into his eyes. " Did Aurora tell you about it?".

   "No, your uncle did, I paid him a visit at the prison two days after he was sentenced and he told me everything and he hope you will forgive him".

    " What?".

    "Am sorry I didn't tell you".

   " You knew all about it this whole time and you still came after me". She said sadly.

    "That wasn't the reason I came after you, I fell attracted to you the very first day I met you". he said as he caressed her face and Nina was surprised.

   " You were? I thought I was the only one that fell for you first". She blushed.

    "You fell for me at first sight too?". He asked.

    " Yes, but it was in a trance, the day an explosion was planted on my body and ready to explode, I was in a trance and I saw you coming towards me and you held my hand and at that moment I felt safe and cared for, but when I saw you in reality, I couldn't hide my excitement and I thank the heavens for making my dream a reality ". She said and Richard smiled caressing her face.

   " So, that's why you were always stalking me".

    "Yeah, your presence around me always makes my day and especially when you held me in your arms to prevent me from falling".

    " Am sorry for taking long to say how much I feel about you".

   "Am happy you are my boyfriend". she said bashfully and kissed his lips quickly and Richard was caught off guard.

    " Hmm, this is the second time you are kissing me unaware". He said and Nina was confused.

    "Second time?".

     " Yes, the first time you kissed me was the night at Alex's engagement party, you were quite intoxicated that day and I brought you home and you kissed me ". He explained and Nina thought about it for a while and then recalled.

    " I did that?".

    "Yes". He pulled her to sit on his lap and Nina's arms encircled around his neck. "I am happy that I end up with you". Richard caresses her body as he deepens the kiss and Nina responds passionately.

   Meanwhile, Mrs.Bianca came to visit her husband in the prison 

    " How could you? You lied to me". She yelled angrily.

    "Am sorry".

    " You are sorry? Did you know what you have done, you s+×ually assaulted your own niece, and she was just a little girl, why did you do that to her? What offense did she commit in having you as an uncle?". She quarrels.

    "I don't know what came over me, am regretting my actions, please forgive me ". he sobs.

    " You are a monster and you deserve to riot here for the rest of your miserable life! I can't believe I have been married to a monster, you deserve to die! you made me believe you are the victim, and I put all the blame on her, you are so wicked".

    "Please Bianca, don't do this to me, you are the only one that I have ".

   " To Hell with you Erick, I am done with you and this stupid marriage". She took off her ring from her finger and threw it at him."Go to hell! I will bring you the divorce papers". She stood up and walked away ignoring her husband pleading.

    ••Alexander's company••

    At the canteen, Aurora and Nina were having their lunch.

   "Finally, you and Richard are now a thing, you finally got your prince charming".

    " Yeah, am so happy right now". Nina said smiling.

   "We should go out and celebrate this".

   " Sure, I was thinking of the same thing". They hit their glasses together and continued eating.

   Some hours later, they came to the bar dressing s+×ily in their mini wears, guys were drooling over them as they stepped into the bar.

    "Let's hit it". Aurora said as they moved to the bar and ordered for cocktail drink, they cheered and sipped from it

   " Wow, Friday nights are always the best ". Nina said.

   " Yeah, but we can get into trouble for that, I didn't tell Alex we are having a hang out at the bar tonight, although he called to ask if I was home and I said yes".

   "Me too, Richard says the same, but tonight is going to be you and me, Let cheers". They hit their glasses together and sip. " Woah!". 

   They continue drinking and chatting, two guys walk up to them trying to court them but they reject them nicely and leave.

    "Nina?". Juliana called from behind and they turned to her to see her standing with two other girls and They were looking gorgeous. " You are here". They hug each other.

    "Yeah". They pulled away from each other.

   " I guess you girls came here to have fun too". Aurora asked.

    "Yes, is their birthday today, so we came to celebrate it, you two can join us ". Juliana said.

    " Really?".

  👩‍🦰"Yes, we have a reservation here, let's go".

   "Sure". Nina said as they stood up and left with them to the VIP room.

   They were seated and the waitress came with a bottle of champagne and four glasses. Juliana serves each of their glasses.

    " Let's cheer for more life". Juliana said as they hit their glasses and sipped.

   "Happy Birthday to you two". Aurora said.

    BOTH: "Thank you".

    "Let the fun begin". Juliana yelled in excitement and the music started playing.

    👩‍🦳" Yeah!"

   They had a lot of fun, they chatted and joked around as they became tipsy.

   " My brother didn't know you were out here?". Juliana asked.

    "No". Nina replied and they laughed." Is gonna be a secret between us".

    "Sure, your secret is safe with me". She said and they sipped from their drink.

   👩‍🦰" We should refill our drink, two bottles are down already".

  👩‍🦳"No, I can't have more, my head is spinning".

   "Me too". Aurora said." We told ourselves that we wouldn't be drunk tonight, but now....I guess we are all drunk". she said and they laughed drunkenly.

   "Tonight is amazing, am having the best fun of my life". Juliana said." Let's have one more bottle of champagne".

  ALL: "Yes!!!"

   They called the waiter to bring another bottle of champagne to them, he did as he was instructed and they continued drinking and dancing to the music. Another hour passed and they became wasted after emptying three bottles of champagne.

   Meanwhile, Richard was fast asleep when the ringing of his cell phone woke him up, he looked at the time, it was past midnight and he wondered who was calling at this time, he checked the caller ID and was surprised.

    "Nina?". He picked it up quickly.📞" Hello? Nina".

    📞"Hello, my prince charming". Nina said from the other end. Richard was surprised to hear the sound of music coming from the other end of the phone. he sat upright on the bed.

    📞"Nina, where are you? Where is that loud music coming from?".

   📞"Oh yeah, am out having fun". She laughed.

   📞"Fun? Where?".

   📞"In a clubhouse with the rest girls, believe me, tonight is a boom". She laughed.

    📞"What? A clubhouse? At this time? Why did you go there, you told me you were home".

📞"I did? When?" She giggles 

📞"Nina, you are wasted, how many of you are in there?".

📞"We are five I guess, me, Aurora, Juliana, and two other girls who are having a birthday party".

📞"Gosh!". He stood up quickly."Tell me where the clubhouse is."There was a pause."How many did you drink?".

  📞"We emptied three bottles of champagne, it was fun". She laughed. "I miss you, that is why I called".

   📞" You are in for a lot of trouble, young lady, you girls should stay right there and don't move an inch". He hung up and hurried out after dressing up and he made a phone call to Alex as he entered his car and drove out.
