The next day, everyone was bustling around, packing up their belongings as Naomi was finally ready to be discharged from the hospital. She sat down on the bed with Mia, watching the guys as they busied themselves, refusing to let the ladies lift a finger. Naomi's eyes were fixed on Alex, and Mia smiled knowingly at her.

"Didn't you get enough of him last night?" Mia asked, whispering quietly in Naomi's ear.

Naomi turned to her, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment. "Meaning?" she asked, trying to play it cool.

"You know what I mean. Your cheeks are turning red. I saw the two of you last night, devouring each other." She teased. Naomi rolled her eyes, her face growing even hotter.

"So, you weren't sleeping?" she asked, trying to change the subject.

"I was," Mia replied, "until I heard a soft moan coming from the couch and woke me up."

"Well, it was just a kiss, and nothing more," she said, trying to downplay the situation.

"If no one was in this room with you guys, you would have thrown caution to the wind."

"Not in the hospital," she said firmly.

"Some people do it with their partner in the hospital,"

"Seriously, but I don't want that," she said. "I want to be special, in the right place and at the right time, just like you and Nathan."

The two friends chuckled, sharing a moment of intimacy.

"What are you two giggling about?" Alex asked, noticing their amusement.

"Nothing," they replied in unison, trying to keep their secret hidden.

"Are you guys done packing?" Naomi asked, changing the subject.

"Yeah, we can go now," Nicholas said, shouldering a bag.

"Alright, let's go," Nathan said, taking Mia's hand. Alex did the same with Naomi, and they all left the hospital together.

As they drove along the winding road, Naomi and Mia's eyes were blindfolded by their men.

"Why are my eyes blindfolded too?" Mia asked, curiously.

"Because it's a surprise," Nathan replied, his voice low and mysterious.

"Is this really necessary?" Naomi asked.

"Yes, dear, it's a big surprise," Alex said.

"You are going to love it," Jimmy chimed in.

Some minutes later, they arrived at a beautiful new house, well-structured and inviting. The guys helped the ladies out of the car and walked them towards the door. Philip rang the doorbell, and Mr. Daniels opened the door, welcoming them with a warm smile.

As they stepped inside, the aroma of delicious food filled their nostrils.

"Mmm, this smells nice," Mia said, her stomach growling with anticipation. "Can we take off the blindfolds now?"

"Wait a sec," Nathan said. They moved behind the ladies and slowly removed the blindfolds.

As they opened their eyes, the brothers popped up, shouting "SURPRISE!" The ladies were taken aback, their eyes widening in shock as they took in the beautiful new house.

"Where is this place?" Naomi asked, confusedly.

"This is your new home," Alex said, hugging her from behind.

"Our home?" Mia asked, surprised, and Nathan nodded.

"This is the guys' doing," Mr. Daniels said, smiling proudly.

The ladies looked at each other, stunned.

"I don't understand," Naomi said, her eyes welling up with tears.

"Well, let me explain it to you," Alex said. "Nathan and I actually got this place for you guys."

The ladies gasped in surprise. "What?!" they exclaimed.

"Yes, so do you like your new home?" Elena asked, standing with Mrs. Ruth, a warm smile on her face.

"Oh my gosh!" Mia exclaimed.

The ladies turned to their men, tears of joy streaming down their faces.

"Please tell me this is a joke," Naomi said, her voice trembling.

"No, it's not," Alex said. "It's our special gift for you guys." Naomi quickly hugged him, tears of gratitude streaming down her face.

"Thank you," she sniffled. Alex held her close, his heart full of love.

"Thank you, Nathan," Mia said, her voice filled with emotion. Nathan cleared her tears and kissed her forehead.

"Anything to make you smile," he said, his voice filled with love. Everyone smiled at the happy couples.

"Um, can you guys continue this later?" Evans asked, breaking the moment. "The food is getting cold."

"And I'm starving," Philip added, his voice filled with hunger.

They all moved to the dining table, leaving the couples behind, their hearts full of joy and gratitude.

They finally settled in the dining table as they ate and laughed like a one big happy family.

Later that day, Alex returned home to see his father alone in the living room.

"Son!" King Luke exclaimed, his face lighting up with a warm smile.

They hugged each other tightly, happy to be reunited.

"You're back," King Luke said, pulling away and sitting down. "How is she?" he asked, his eyes filled with concern.

"She's fine now," Alex replied, a smile spreading across his face.

"That's good to know. Finally, that cheerful face is back," King Luke said, chuckling.

Alex laughed, feeling a sense of relief wash over him.

"Of course, my heart is at peace again," he said, his eyes shining with happiness.

"That makes me happy," King Luke said, smiling.

Just then, Diva called out from upstairs.

"Alex!" she exclaimed, rushing down the staircase.

"You're back!" she said, her face lighting up with a bright smile. Alex stood up, smiling.

"Where's Mom?" he asked, looking around.

"Right here," Queen Lala replied, smiling from the stairs. She came down and hugged Alex tightly. "Finally, you're home," she said, pulling away from him. "Look how thin you are. Let me ask the cook to fix you something to eat."

"No need, Mom," Alex said. "I'll be in my room." He smiled and headed towards his room, feeling a sense of exhaustion wash over him.

As he entered his room, he fell tiredly onto the bed, staring around at the familiar surroundings. A smile curved his face as he felt a sense of comfort and peace.

His eyes landed on the wrapped board that Naomi had given him, and he smirked, feeling a surge of memories and emotions.

At Naomi's room, they were getting ready to sleep when Naomi's cell phone beeped, signaling an incoming message. She picked up the phone from the bed and saw it was a message from Alex.

She smiled, her heart skipping a beat, and opened the message to see a photo of the portrait she had drawn of him. Underneath the photo was a sweet message: "Best birthday gift ever," followed by a love emoji. Naomi's eyes widened in confusion.

"When did he get hold of this?" she wondered, trying to figure out how Alex had obtained the frame.

Mia moved closer to her, curiosity etched on her face.

"What is it?" she asked, and Naomi showed her the message. "When did you give him that?" Mia asked, her brow furrowed in confusion.

"I have no idea," Naomi replied, dialing Alex's number.

The phone rang, and then it disconnected. Moments later, Alex called her back.

"Missing me already?" He teased on the phone, his voice low and husky.

"You know I always miss you," she said. "It's just that I'm confused about the photo you sent me."

"Why?" He asked. "Don't you remember you sent it to me?"

"I remember it was the day of your birthday when I had an accident. So, how come...?"

"I'll tell you some other time," Alex said. "So, how are you enjoying your new home?"

"The best so far," she said, and they continued chatting.

After talking for what felt like forever, they finally bid each other goodnight and ended the call.

"What were you two discussing?" Mia teased. "Are you two planning your marriage ceremony that you talked for so long?"

Naomi rolled her eyes, laughing. "Yeah, right," she said.

"There's something I was thinking," Naomi said, her eyes sparkling with an idea.

"What is it?"

"Since Alex's birthday party was ruined because of me, I was thinking we could create another one for him,"

"That would be great!" She exclaimed. "When do we plan it?"

"Maybe in a week's time," Naomi said. "I want it to be the best." Mia nodded enthusiastically.

Back at the palace, Alex came out of the bathroom to hear a knock on the door. He opened it to see Diva and Elora standing there.

"Hey, can we come in?" Diva asked, her voice soft and gentle. Alex hesitated for a moment before stepping aside to let them in.

"What are you two doing here?" Alex asked, his eyes narrowing slightly.

"We want to talk," Diva said. "We don't want to have grudges towards each other anymore. Elora and I have decided to support whatever decision you make and are ready to accept Naomi as...well, as a part of our lives."

Alex stared at them suspiciously, trying to gauge their sincerity.

"Don't get it wrong, Alex," Elora said. "What Diva said is true. I promise not to bother you again or try to force you into accepting me. I've seen how much you truly love Naomi, and I'll support you."

"Why the sudden change?" Alex asked, his voice laced with skepticism. "Are you two planning something?"

"No, we came clean," Diva said. "Please give us another chance."

Just then, King Luke appeared behind them.

"They're sincere this time," he said. "They came to me and accepted their fate. Just give them another chance."

Alex looked at his father, then back at Diva and Elora, searching for any sign of insincerity. Finally, he nodded.

"Fine," he said, and Elora and Diva rushed to hug him, their faces filled with relief and happiness.
