Dear Mom Oyedele,

How are you doing? Hope everything is moving on well and I hope Dane and Danella are going to school regularly?

Purpose of writing this letter to you is to inform you about my health condition. I'm in hospital since two months after being discharged from the herbalist priest you take me to, instead of healing, the problem just complicated. The doctor want to see my family that's the reason I write this letter to you.

I know it'll arrive to you one day please come to the hospital. Address: no.15 isolo Ibadan express way Lolly hospital.

Please don't forget to pray for me because I'm dying and send my regards to everyone in the village.

                    Your lovely daughter,

                    Balarebe

Grandma Oyedele could not help but burst into uncontrollable tears and the twins were also weeping. This is bitter experience they never experienced before except Makanju's death which left everyone astonished because no one knows the cause of the death, he never sick just sleep and never wake up. Grandma Oyedele knew tears solve nothing, so she started to sold out some things and borrowed money from her neighbor to travel to Ibadan.

After many times, she got some money and travelled to Ibadan with her grandchildren.

Everything had turned upside down before they reached there. Balarebe was using Oxygen to breathe.

The doctor told grandma Oyedele and other relatives that were in hospital that the condition was critical that they will have to spend something like eight hundred thousand naira to cure the illness because she would have to pass through surgery. The bad news from the doctor left everyone hopeless, they had no one to help them.

After a week, everyone gathered in the hospital including Titayo who was working as a waitress was also there with some relative. All the money they all gathered was Three hundred thousand naira but the doctor said the surgery couldn't went on unless they brought five hundred thousand naira.

Balarebe pleaded with the doctor to let her family in . When they got to her, Balarebe opened her eye and praised everyone for their well do and convinced Dan and Ella to face their studies.
