Arjun returned home with his sister, Arya, after refusing to abide by the pleadings of Grandma Viti and Karan's parents. As they entered the house, Taru and his wife's faces fell, filled with pain and concern.
"How dare he lay his hands on you, he will pay for this!" Mr. Taru grunted angrily.
"Please, Dad, don't," she said, trying to calm him down.
"Don't? Are you taking his side?" Arjun asked.
Mrs. Amal continued to apply an ice pack to Arya's face, trying to ease the pain.
"He should be taught a lesson, look at what he did to you," she said, her voice filled with anger.
"I know everyone is angry, but Karan is still my husband. If you do anything to him, I will be the one who will be hurt."
"He is not your husband, you are charging for a divorce."Arjun said.
"What? I can't divorce him, we just got married, barely a month."She said, surprisedly
"He is right, that monster will regret ever laying his hands on you."He said angrily.
He stormed out of the room, leaving the others in an uncomfortable silence.
Arya turned to her mother, her eyes pleading. "Mom, please, don't allow Dad to do this."
"I am sorry, dear, I can't help you on this."She said firmly.
Arya tried to protest," but..."
Arjun cut her off. "No buts," he said, his voice firm, and walked away.

Grandma Viti's face was red with rage as she scolded Karan seriously.
"What are you? A beast? Raising your hands on your wife!" she yelled, her eyes blazing with anger.
Karan, on the other hand, looked unconcerned, turning his face away with a frown.
Zara tried to intervene, placing a calming hand on Grandma Viti's arm.
"Mom, please calm down, remember your blood pressure."
Roshni also tried to soothe the situation. "Let's calm down and talk through this."
"I am so disappointed in you," Zara said, shaking her head.
"I don't care, grandma, you forced me into this, I never wanted to marry her." Karan said.
"But she is your wife now, you have to deal with it!"Jash snapped at Karan. "Do you really think all we did was to ruin your future? What we did was the best for you," he added.
"No, Dad, you all did wrong, I don't want her!"
"Karan!" Grandma Viti yelled, grabbing onto his shirt tightly. Everyone was surprised, including Karan, who could see the rage on her face, which he had never seen before.
"With this, you have done, you will never have my blessing if you bring another woman to this house! You are no longer my grandson, from today, I forbid you from coming to this house until you go and bring Arya back to her husband's house!" she said, sounding serious as she pulled Karan by the shirt and dragged him out, shutting the door against him.
She turned and walked away, leaving everyone speechless and surprised. No one dared to challenge her words; once it was said, so shall it be.
Karan stood in front of the door, devastated, his face twisted in anger. He grunted angrily, his fists clenched.
After a while, he dialed a number on his phone, and it rang for a while before it was picked.
"Hello, Abhi, where are you guys?" he asked, his voice firm. There was a pause before he responded. "Ok, I am coming." He hung up and walked away.
★TARU'S HOUSE★
Arya was in her room, sitting in front of the mirror, staring at her face. Just then, someone knocked on the door, and she asked the person to come in.
Mrs. Amal entered with a tray of food, a concerned expression on her face.
"I brought you food," she said, placing the food on the table.
"Thank you, Mom."She smiled weakly.
Mrs. Amal moved to Arya and caressed her face, her eyes filled with sympathy. "Don't worry, with time, your beautiful face will be back again." She kissed Arya's hair, trying to comfort her.
"Mom, is Dad still taking action against Karan?"
Mrs. Amal sighed, her face somber. "Yes, he is. As I am talking to you right now, a letter has been sent to them from court."
"What letter?" She asked surprisedly.
"Your divorce letter. Once Karan or any member of his family receives it, they will be needed in court for final approval."
"No, Mom, I don't want this." She said, as tears filled her eyes.
"It's for the best, Arya. If we knew it was going to turn out like this, we wouldn't have forced you into marrying him."
"I know, Mom, but getting a divorce after barely a month of marriage is not right. What do you think people will say? I will be the one to be mocked by them. I will face the shame alone. I will be humiliated. Do you think another man will want to accept me after finding out I got married and divorced after barely a month?" Arya's voice cracked, and she broke down in tears. Mrs. Amal sighed, not knowing what to say.
Meanwhile, Arjun and his father were eavesdropping on their conversation, their faces somber. They sighed, looking at each other with concern.
*PUB*
Karan walked into the pub, his friends already seated, chatting, and drinking. He joined them, taking a seat and ordering a drink.
"What are you going to do now, now that your grandma chased you out of the house?"Abhi asked
"I don't know." He gulped his drink, his eyes scanning the room.
"It's simple, go get your wife back." Rohan chimed in.
"She is not my wife!"
"She is, you both are legally married in the eyes of the priest and everybody present, we were there too and we witnessed everything." Rohan said.
Abhi nodded in agreement. "Exactly, go back and bring her back to the house and solve the mystery between you and your grandma. You should know how much she adores you as a grandson, don't let your hatred for your wife take that away."
"I don't love her, seeing her makes me wanna commit murder, her presence suffocates me." He grunted frustratedly and gulped his drink.
His friends laughed and rolled their heads at him.
"You're saying this because you're blinded by the love you have for Samara. I think I will yield to what your grandma said concerning Samara, she is not good for you, bro."Abhi said.
Rohan nodded in agreement. "Permit me to use these words, Samara is not the best woman for you. I mean, that lady is just here for fun, she's not ready to settle down with you. She's nothing but a spoilt brat, she's just using you because she knows how much you really love her."
Karan's face turned defensive. "That's enough, I won't sit and watch you two abuse my fiancée like that. I love her, and I know she's not using me. You two are saying this because you two never liked her."
"We can't lie to you, bro."Abhi shrugged.
"You can stay over my place until you think of a way to bring your wife back home."Rohan offer.
"She is not my wife, and I won't be bringing her back to that house."Karan's face twisted in disgust.
"Then consider yourself homeless for the rest of your life."Rohan said.
★KABRI'S MANSION★
Everyone's faces fell as they received the letter from the court, sent by Taru. Grandma Viti's eyes widened in shock, and she slowly sat down on the chair, devastated. She stared blankly at the paper in her hands, her face pale.
Roshni's eyes were filled with concern as she turned to her mother. "Mom, what do we do now?" she asked, her voice trembling.
The room fell silent, with everyone looking dumbfounded. Jash's face was red with anger, while Zara's eyes were filled with tears. The atmosphere was tense, with no one knowing what to say or do next.
