Here in the witch world, The council of witches gather around in the meeting hall of witches discussing about something disturbing.
They’re being disturbed by the recent rumors that have been spreading around that Christen and Riley are reunited, they decided to take action by sending top elite wizards to check things out but they conclude that they decided to confirm the rumor from Rose who’s closer to Christen.
One afternoon, Rose walks into the council revealing to them about the recent reports on the Cult of chaos.

Rose ➡ Afternoon council members.. I have good news and bad ones… The good one is that the cult of chaos have been wiped out and annihilated.. The bad news is.. There’s still no sign of Satania.

Female W C ➡ Don’t worry.. She’ll be handled.. But for now… There’s something we want to ask you.

Rose. ➡ What is it?

Male WC ➡ I’m sure you’ve heard the rumors about your sister.. Is it true?
.
Female WC 2 ➡ The supreme witch Orisaye won’t take this lightly… So tell us the truth.. We know Christen is your dear sister and you’d do anything to protect her.

Male WC ➡ So tell us.. Is it true?

Rose stands still for a while looking at the eyes of each and every council member sitting in hall, then suddenly she begins to laugh cynically taking them all by surprise.

Rose ➡ You fools… I can’t believe you.. Listening to such ridiculous rumors.. I should be out there dealing with those spreading those rumors… It would seem that you all have forgotten who I am… I’m Rose.. The most powerful dark witch and a hater of humans… Have you forgotten what I do to those insects.. Honestly, did you really think I’d allow some smelly human mate or marry my sister… Christen can’t hide anything from me.. The shadows are my eyes and ears and if she was really seeing this human… He would have been dead by now.. And what pisses me of is you fools are so forgetful.

Female WC ➡ Watch your mouth child.. You may be a member of this council but we won’t tolerate your..

Rose ➡ SHUT UP YOU OLD HAG! You can’t do anything to make me keep quiet.. I could disgrace you now and get away with it.. Not even Orisaye the supreme witch will say anything about it… As I was saying.. I still can’t believe that you fools think my sister will ever reunite with that filthy human… Was it not right here a year ago (10yrs) that the supreme witch erase his memories so that he’ll never be able to know or see Christen again and we all know that nobody can reverse Orisaye’s spell unless you want to tell me, she’s weak and you don’t have faith in her abilities which I will gladly tell her if she comes.

Female WC ➡ (scared) Look… There’s no need to do that.. We’re just only asking you cause you’re closer to her and thankfully it wasn’t true.

Rose ➡ Good! Now if you’ll excuse me.. There’s someplace I need to be right now.

After that, Rose disappears and teleports herself to Aunt Jezebel’s house, the moment she gets there, she tells her aunt about what happened at the hall of witches.

Jezebel ➡ Oh no… This is bad.. I knew something like this would happen… Christen needs to pry herself loose from that Riley.

Rose ➡ Its already too late.. Nothing will separate Christen from Riley not even death himself.

Jezebel ➡ Look, you may have managed to hold off the council temporarily but they will still come after her if they hear any news.. Hopefully, they’re just engaged I’m sure we can find a way to separate them before they do something crazy.

Rose ➡ like what? If you mean having s*x, they’ve done that a countless times already and they’re probably doing it now.

Jezebel ➡ How do you know all this?

Rose ➡ Well, Bimpe made a aphrodisiac concoction that makes one become sex-crazed, she then decided to test her product on both Riley and Christen, it work however but she overdosed the stuff on them, so it’s going to be hard that if they don’t copulate once they meet.

Jezebel ➡ Don’t you see… This is a huge imbalance in the natural order, every living being has their own female spouses to mate with and imagine two different being mating together.. For instance like a dog and a cat… Just imagine the kind of abomination they would procreate.

Look it doesn’t matter, by the end of it all, the Child will resemble both parents and luckily for Christen and Riley, they’re not dogs or cat, their features are similar, every about their bodily features is similar except their biology but even so everything will turn out well.

Jezebel ➡ I’m even surprised at you… Why are you suddenly backing up your sister’s relationship with Riley?

Rose ➡ That’s because she has made the right choice, Riley may be human but he’s different and he can be trusted..

Jezebel ➡ Well… You’re right.. But I don’t think the council will share our point of views..

Rose ➡ It doesn’t matter, all we have to do now, is hide both of them, if they’re to ever have a happy life together, they need to stay clear off public eyes and live on their own where nobody will reach them.

Jezebel ➡ I agree but if I may ask.. Why don’t you get someone and settle down with?

Rose ➡ (laughs) Me? Settle down.. Oh please.. I don’t have time for that.. I’m not the family raising type.

Jezebel ➡ look Rose.. Though our life span is longer than the humans.. That doesn’t mean that we too don’t die… You’re not getting any younger.. You’re 510 years old… It’s time you find your soul mate.

You know there’s this time in everyone’s life that they make some stupid crazy risky and intentional mistake, that if they look back many years to come thinking about it, they’ll say to themselves, *Man, I was stupid back then*. Well, that’s what I did and I got more than I bargained for… The moment, I heard I was to be taken to the lounge, I knew I was done for cause these crazy mermaids will not hesitate to devour me.. After that, I didn’t know what happened next cause I passed out.
Hours later, I was awoken by some loud noises I heard, As I sat up and looked around the place, I was alarmed to see myself in the lounge together with some ghouls and mermaids eating some piles of human bodies.. As I gasped in shock, they all looked at me and then continued eating their meals… I was surprised cause I was expecting them to jump at me.. But they didn’t… What was going on here????
In that moment, I saw Jenny approaching me, I was terrified that she was coming to finish what she started but instead she sat next to me, embracing me giving me kisses.

Jenny ➡ Thank you for what you did earlier..

Riley ➡ Uhm.. You’re welcome… Er.. What’s going on here?

Jenny ➡ I know you’re scared and all but don’t worry.. You’re safe.. Nobody is going to eat you.. I bet this is your first time here in this place?

The moment I answered her question, everyone turned around and looked at me.. They were all shivering as if they had seen a nightmare, then suddenly Jenny knelt down in front of me pleading.

Jenny ➡ Please Riley.. I didn’t know it was you.. Please.. Please… I beg you don’t tell any of those two sisters especially Rose cause she will kill me.

Riley ➡ Relax I won’t tell her.. Even I’m afraid of her.. I won’t tell her.

Jenny ➡ Please we’ll do anything you want.. I’ll be your servant if you like just please don’t Rose.. Please.

I felt sorry for Jenny, I can’t blame her even I would do beg if I were in her shoes, Rose is just too scary and powerful to be messed with, even the mention of her name is enough to make someone go insane with fear, too bad women don’t become presidents in Nigeria cause Rose would definitely fix this country in no time.. So I grabbed hold of jenny’s shoulder and raised her up, the poor devilish thing was looking at me pleadingly in the eyes.

Riley ➡ Look, I swear I’ll never tell her, and you don’t need to be my servant but we can become friends.. We can start by getting reacquainted with each other and introducing me to your friends.. How does that sound?

After that, Jenny hugged me and kissed me again, I had to tell her to ease off so that Christen or Rose wouldn’t show up and think that I’m playing the field.

I was surprised when I heard that.. I can’t believe they do that even when they’re married, I must hail their male counter parts though, cause I can’t watch my wife hug and kiss some guy. Hell no! As the minutes passed, Jenny introduced me to every supernatural being in the place, they were quite interesting and fun to be with, especially the ladies when they found out that I was Christen’s main guy, they asked me to tell them the story of how we met.. I told them but I managed to skip some parts, we all ended up having a good time and told me that if I needed any favours, that I should ask.
After spending an hour there, I decided to go home to Christen.. After I came out of the place, I entered my car and drove home… Whilst I was driving home, Solomon appeared and sat next to me.

Solomon ➡ So it seems you’ve made some new friends..

Riley ➡ Seriously? You dare show up now.. Where were you when I almost fell to the valley of death twice?

Solomon ➡ I humbly apologize for the first one but as for the second one.. It’s on you… You caused that yourself..

Riley ➡ But you’re supposed to protect me?

Solomon ➡ I was but I decided to let you learn the hard way not to go to places you’re not supposed to be..

Riley ➡ But it turned out well.

Solomon ➡ Let’s just say you were lucky.. Supposing that wizard was someone like Rose, you would have been dead by now and you’ll be leaving Christen in a state of emotional depression.

Riley ➡ You’re right.. That was stupid of me.. I wonder how i got healed..

Solomon ➡ Oh.. Jenny fixed you…

Riley ➡ Mermaids have powers as well..

Solomon ➡ They only have the power to heal, charm men and manipulate water.

Riley ➡ Ehn… So Solomon who do think that little girl is?

Solomon ➡ You’re a human so you can’t possibly know anything, you can’t feel auras like us demons, that little girl’s power is beyond anything I’ve ever encountered even more powerful than the supreme witch.

Riley ➡ Okay…. I hear you but you know that’s bullshit. If there was a witch more powerful than the supreme witch.. They would have known by now..

As Solomon and I were arguing, Timon called my phone, I answered his call to see what’s up.

Riley ➡ Hello… Timon.
.
Timothy ➡ Evening Prof.. Please do you know where Amelia is?
.
Riley ➡ No… I haven’t seen her.
.
Timothy ➡ I saw her leave your party in a hurry.. I’ve been calling her phone but no answer.
.
Riley ➡ Have you gone to her house?
.
Timothy ➡ Yes.. She’s not there, her neighbors said they haven’t seen her.
.
Riley ➡ Okay look.. I’ll try and see what I can do okay. If I see her I’ll let you know.

Timothy ➡ Okay o.. Good night.

After that, I ended the call, Poor Timothy, he’s so obsessed about Amelia.. I’m not sure but I think I know why she’s missing… Rose must have been responsible somehow cause She did say she’s hunting down every last member of the COC and Amelia is among them.. And if I remembered clearly last night when Cassandra told us about Amelia’s plan, Rose said she was going to handle the situation and by handling the situation, she must have hacked Amelia to death, its such a waste that a fine woman like that had to die.
Minutes later, I arrived at Christen’s place, after parking the car, I went into the house, I was surprised to see the door unlocked, as I walked in, I noticed every where was quiet, I headed straight to the a kitchen and noticed the breakfast I made for Christen scattered on the floor, I stood still wondering what was going on? Didn’t she like the breakfast? Or maybe she had a fight with someone? I quickly ran out of the kitchen and went upstairs to see if she was in the bedroom, but as I got there I decided to be cautious, I tiptoed quickly to the bedroom door, but before I could get close to the door, I was startled by Christen’s voice in the bedroom.

Christen ➡ Come inside.. There’s no need for you to cautious.. I’m alright.
